Detailed review of my Custom Venue Illustration

I purchased a Custom Venue Illustration of my wedding location as an anniversary gift. The process of uploading the photo and specifying details was easy on their website. I appreciated getting a proof before printing; it gave me a chance to request a minor tweak, which they handled promptly. The finished framed art print arrived securely packaged, and the frame quality was better than I expected. The illustration itself was beautiful, capturing the essence of the building with great attention to detail. It took about 12 business days from order to delivery in upstate New York, which was within their estimated timeframe. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the proofing timeline. I'd definitely consider them for future personalized art gifts, maybe a Personalized Map Print next.

Another great Custom Family Illustration

This was my third time ordering from Letterfest, and once again, they delivered. I got a Custom Family Illustration this time, after getting a house portrait and a pet portrait before. Their quality is consistently high, and the artists always seem to get the details right from my photos. The communication during the proofing stage was helpful, as usual. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they don't disappoint.

Good Personalized House Portrait

I ordered a Personalized House Portrait for my parents' anniversary. The ordering process was pretty straightforward, and I liked that they offer different styles. The final product was very good quality, and my parents loved it. My only small issue was the delivery took 8 days to reach Phoenix, which felt a bit long, especially for a gift I was eager to give. But overall, a solid purchase and good value.

Quick shipping, nice book

Bought a Personalized Children's Book. Easy to customize. Shipping was fast. Book quality is good. My nephew enjoyed it. Happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love my pet portrait!

I got a Hand-Drawn Pet Portrait of my beagle, Buster, and it's just amazing! The artist captured his personality perfectly, I couldn't believe it. The detail is incredible, and the quality of the print is fantastic. It arrived well-packaged and earlier than I expected. I'm so happy with it, I'm already planning to get another one for my sister's cat! Definitely going to recommend Letterfest to everyone!
